This competency-based outline is the last of a two-course sequence and contains a 200-hour manicuring training needed under the rules and regulations issued by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology(CSBBC) to successfully pass the license examination. Instruction covers part two of pedicuring and employability/entrepreneurship skills. The course focuses on the application of artificial nails. The competencies in this course outline are aligned with the California High School Academic Content Standards and the California Career Technical Education Model Curriculum Standards.
Enrollment requires successful completion of Manicuring/1 (78-10-90).
